We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email address, phone number and, for deliveries, your physical address.
Your card details never reach us. Payment is handled entirely by Yoco, a South African registered payment provider.
For same-day delivery, your name, phone number and address are shared with Uber so a driver can find you. Nothing else is shared with anyone.
Under POPIA you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email orders@tastynibbles.co.za and we will respond within 30 days. We keep order records for five years because tax law requires it.
